We accommodate a range of realistic budgets. While events venues, catering, and staffing can be expensive and require a significant initial investment, they be viewed as an investment in the. Our events are not designed to address immediate financial challenge, however, we offer publicity and Direct to Donor campaigns that result in a more immediate result.
TICKET SALES
The organization is responsible for ticket sales, with a minimum required during the planning phase. However, we provide marketing, advertising, publicity and PR as part of our package, guaranteeing maximum exposure for your event.
COMMITTEES
We acknowledge that many organizations have internal or volunteer committees overseeing events, and we appreciate their valuable contributions and insights. However, we kindly ask that each organization appoint a single point of contact to ensure consistent communication and meetings. This approach will aid in meeting deadlines and fostering clear, concise communication. Events can often struggle when there are too many people involved.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Collaborating with your Board of Directors is essential for the success of an event, but there may be times when their engagement falls short. We equip each board member with ready-made marketing materials, including emails and social media posts, to help them sell tickets effectively.
